On the rugged isle of Berk, a Viking boy named Hiccup defies centuries of tradition by befriending a dragon named Toothless. However, when an ancient threat emerges that endangers both species, Hiccup's friendship with Toothless becomes the key to forging a new future. The Holiday follows two women, Amanda and Iris, who are both unlucky in love and decide to swap homes for the Christmas holiday to get away. Amanda, a wealthy movie trailer editor from Los Angeles, travels to Iris's cozy cottage in Surrey, England, while Iris, a writer, travels to Amanda's lavish LA mansion. While both women initially want to avoid romance, they both unexpectedly find new love with local men: Amanda with Iris's brother Graham, and Iris with a film composer named Miles.
