BRADFLIX is Bradfield's very own Film Club.
We show an assortment of recently released films/videos for all ages. The bar is open, we have mid-film interludes for ice cream and pit stops at the bar/kitchen for refills! You can even bring your own chair/beanbag if you wish :)

What's coming up at the Village Hall... BRADFLIX is restarting in September for the new winter season. Activities planned at the hall over the coming months are as follows: Fri May 08, 2026 Live Music - Doors: 7.15 pm: Your Song: Elton John, by John Reilly and Lewis Nitikman. Singer-songwriter John Reilly is delighted to be returning to the Village Hall in beautiful Bradfield to play 'Your Song' with pianist and composer Lewis Nitikman. This concert, celebrating the songs of Elton John, has been wowing audiences throughout the country, it's 100% live music, it's NOT a tribute, so no dressing up, no miming and no backing tracks. Just two consummate professionals celebrating amazing, timeless songs, performed from the heart with passion and musical excellence. “Your Song” has recently performed at the Epstein Theatre Liverpool, Alexander’s Chester, Acapela Studios, Cardiff, Kirkgate Arts Centre Cockermouth, The Goods Shed, Tetbury, Chapel Arts Centre Bath, Pizza Express The Pheasantry Chelsea and most recently at Alnwick Playhouse and Masham Town Hall, all ending with standing ovations as the guys celebrate these fabulous songs in their own unique style. Tickets: £17.50 (Online or at Flask End Cafe) Sat May 09, 2026 Family Film - 3.00 pm: The day the earth blew up In The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie, the classic odd couple Daffy Duck and Porky Pig face a dual crisis: their childhood home is falling into disrepair, and an alien invasion is imminent. After failing a home inspection, the duo takes jobs at a bubblegum factory to fund repairs. There, they uncover a sinister plot by The Invader, an alien using mind-control gum to turn humanity into mindless zombies. Joined by scientist Petunia Pig, the unlikely heroes must put aside their bickering to thwart the alien scheme and save the world from total destruction. Sat May 09, 2026 Evening Film - 7.00 pm: The Ballad of Wallis Island Charles (Tim Key), an eccentric, grieving widower who won the lottery twice, lives a lonely life on the remote Wallis Island. Obsessed with the defunct indie-folk duo McGwyer Mortimer, he offers a massive fee for a private performance to honour his late wife. However, Charles secretly invites both members—Herb (Tom Basden) and Nell (Carey Mulligan)—who haven't spoken since a messy breakup a decade prior. Trapped by a storm, the estranged pair must navigate their unresolved baggage and Charles's lack of social boundaries. BRADFLIX is the "film club" section of Bradfield Village Hall. It is free to join, simply sign-up to our e-Newsletter, join us on Facebook, or follow us on Twitter. There is no charge to attend a film, however we do run a raffle at each event to raise funds to support hall activities.
